Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

 

Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, We can accept the return within 30 days, please make sure to contact us with email at first. The unauthorized returns will not be accepted. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still, have the original package & gifts attached. Our customer service team will always be you service, plz feel free to contact us if you need anything. Do not return anything before contacting our customer service team, after the return request has been authorized, We will send you the return shipping address. Thanks!

 

Cancellation & Change order Before Shipping:

You can cancel your order/item within 4 hours through our customer service email (service@hermosahair.com). For more than 4 hours, we can’t make sure if successful.

 

Before the order is shipped out, if you need to change your order to other items, contact our customer service team within 4 hours. Otherwise, we cant make sure if successful.

 

Return after delivery :

1. We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number  for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost packages or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we will not issue return credit. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid.

2. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached, cause we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Defective items must be reported with Email within 14 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. Report email: service@hermosahair.com .

3. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product. If the returning is due to buyer’s problem. We does not provide return shipping labels. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. When delivered, the unauthorized rejection is not allowed, and the cost of unauthorized rejection/return will be borne by the buyer.

4. NO return & exchange for customized wigs, including the cap size and color or style customized wigs, plz understand.

 

Refund & Exchange :

1. NO RETURN SHIPPING LABEL AVAILABLE NOW!!! But we can cover you the return shipping fee if the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Incorrect products, Quality problem of products), we can offer you the full refund and cover the return shipping fee via Paypal or keep it as the store credit.  If the returning is due to buyer’s problem (Such as: Don’t like/ Don’t need it any longer, Order wrong product/size ), we will remove $25 from your payment as loss of shipping fee, and we cant cover the return shipping fee too. Plz understand.

 

2. We can only give the full refund if the Returning items be unworn and unwashed and uncut and unstyled (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all gifts and products package attached. Once the products used, we cant accept any return, but we are apply partial refund as the compensation, feel free to contact our customer service team. If the return item is damaged or defective, We cant give the full refund too. If the return item not ours, no refund can be processed.

 

3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

 

4. If you have any problems with order/products/payment, please contact with us at first. If you return the items without contacting us, or if there is no reason to dispute, we will not ensure your refund and make a complaint according to the policy.

 

5. The refund will be processed after our warehouse receive and check the return package from you. The checking time need 2-3 days after return tracking deliver, the processing time of the refund need about 3-5 days. Plz be patience waiting.

 

6. All product exchanges and price differences must be finalized before the return is shipped back, so that we can promptly begin processing your new hair and replacement order as soon as we receive the returned items.
