I opened the package which arrived timely especially with the holidays. I have not installed the unit, but I can say the hair is amazing, soft, and no smell at all. I love the drawstring, so thin, hardly notice it there, bulk in the back gone! The 4C baby hairs, not too much, just enough, provided extra benefit of counting acting any flaws in the install. "Amazing" was the first word that came to mind. It was just as shown on your site. Thanks for the extras included. I will send a follow-up in the days to come with more about the unit once installed.
